How to do it
- Grip the sled handles with straight arms and a forward body lean.
- Drive with short, powerful steps, keeping the hips low.
- Push for distance or time, then rest fully before the next run.
Cues that matter
- No eccentric means very little soreness — great conditioning that will not wreck your legs.
- Keep the arms locked; the legs do the work.
Common mistakes
- Standing too upright and losing drive.
- Taking long, slow steps instead of short punchy ones.
