How to do it
- Wedge one end of a barbell into a landmine or corner and stand perpendicular to it.
- Hinge over and grip the sleeve with the outside hand, letting the lat stretch fully.
- Row up and back towards your hip, then lower with control.
Cues that matter
- Let the shoulder travel forward at the bottom for extra range.
- Keep the hips square — no twisting.
Common mistakes
- Rotating the torso to heave the bar up.
- Standing too close, which cramps the path of the bar.
