How to do it
- Grip an EZ bar on the inner angled sections with palms up.
- Curl the bar to shoulder height, keeping the elbows at your sides.
- Lower under control to full extension.
Cues that matter
- The angled grip is easier on the wrists than a straight bar.
- Do not let the elbows swing forward at the top.
Common mistakes
- Rocking back and forth to move heavier weight.
- Resting the bar on the chest between reps.

Same muscle, different kit
Movements that train the same part of the biceps with different equipment — for a day the barbell is taken, or a gym that does not have one.
